i turn 30 in a week
a new decade of my life will begin. the last decade switch was from being a teenager to a 20something, so this should be interesting and fun. life is never dull...

Oh, I wish I could see the painting and talk about it with you... I love Chagall. Where did you see it?
I have many thoughts about turning 30 - it was a very tough transition for me mentally. Still is in some ways though still less than a year ago. And yet I can't help but believe it will be the best decade yet not because of trying to 'hype' it up, but because of a greater maturity and confidence, coupled with a greater humility at how much we don't know, a stronger refining of 'calling', yet still the blossom of youth.
